The document was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.<\/p>\n<p><b>Aliaksei Panferau<\/b> has been appointed to the position.<\/p>\n<p>It should be recalled that since 2017, Belarus\u2019s Permanent Representative to the UN has been <b>Valiantsin Rybakou<\/b>.
