This follows from Decree No. 88 of March 16 \u201cOn Promoting Export Development,\u201d which was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal and entered into force upon signing.<\/p>\n<p>The decree introduces amendments to Decree No. 94 of February 14, 2022, \u201cOn Additional Measures to Ensure the Stable Functioning of the Economy.\u201d These amendments provide that the Council of Ministers will adopt decisions <i>\u201con establishing specific export promotion measures within the framework of Presidential Decree No. 534 of August 25, 2006, in coordination with the National Bank.\u201d<\/i> Previously, this authority allowed the government to modify financing conditions set by Decree No. 534.<\/p>\n<p>This is the only publicly available subparagraph of the decree published today.
