His wife has been given an administrative penalty for subscribing to an \u201cextremist\u201d resource.<\/p>\n<p>The Slonim District Department of Internal Affairs said the 47-year-old man in 2016 had liked content insulting <b>Aliaksandr Lukashenka<\/b>. During checks, \u201cextremist\u201d subscriptions were found on both his and his wife\u2019s accounts, a Telegram channel close to law enforcement reported.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cDuring further checks, the man was found to be subscribed to extremist resources. An extremist subscription was also found on his 46-year-old wife, who was brought to administrative responsibility following the inspection. The man is currently a defendant in a criminal case,\u201d<\/i> a representative of the district department said.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the man said that on March 5 his wife had been summoned to the Investigative Committee without a formal notice, where she was threatened with losing her job and foster children.
