The vehicle, driven by a Belarusian citizen, was travelling from Kostroma in Russia to Brest Region. The cargo did not have a phytosanitary certificate.<\/p>\n<p>Laboratory tests found no harmful organisms in the sawn timber. The shipment was returned to the sender.
