To create a party it will now be necessary to form an organizing committee and notify the Justice Ministry about it. The law also regulates the procedure for the liquidation of public associations and political parties, as well as the transfer to state revenue of property remaining after their liquidation.<\/p>\n<p>The law clarifies the jurisdiction of certain categories of cases, the names of procedural documents and legal terminology, and removes outdated references.<\/p>\n<p>It also changes the approach to imposing subsidiary liability for a debtor\u2019s obligations (in cases involving harm to life or health, compensation for moral damage or payment of wages) on owners and founders (participants) of legal entities declared bankrupt, based on the proportion of shares (stakes in the charter capital) they hold in the organization.<\/p>\n<p>Limited liability companies will be allowed to operate on the basis of a standard charter approved by the Council of Ministers.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the law removes the requirement to issue certificates confirming the qualification of forensic experts and clarifies the status of cadets of the State Committee of Forensic Examinations.<\/p>\n<p>Most provisions of the law will enter into force after its official publication.
