The document \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0443\u0441\u043c\u0430\u0442\u0440\u0438\u0432\u0430\u0435\u0442 the creation of a state register of drinking water supply and wastewater systems, as well as the definition of the information to be included in this register.<\/p>\n<p>The government is granted the authority to establish procedures for the use of centralized systems and the provision of wastewater transportation services. The conditions for accepting wastewater and the permissible concentrations of pollutants will be determined by local executive committees.<\/p>\n<p>Among other provisions of the law is the possibility of drilling temporary wells in the event of the termination or restriction of drinking water supply, measures to protect water sources, as well as the obligation to develop production control programs for water quality and to conduct an annual inventory of water supply systems.<\/p>\n<p>The conditions for accepting wastewater from subscribers into centralized wastewater systems, including the establishment of permissible concentrations of pollutants in their composition, will be determined by executive committees.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cThe preparation of this legal act was \u043e\u0431\u0443\u0441\u043b\u043e\u0432\u043b\u0435\u043d\u0430 the need to improve relations in the field of drinking water supply and to regulate at the legislative level issues related to the intake, transportation, treatment and conditions necessary for wastewater discharge,\u201d<\/i> Lukashenka\u2019s press service said.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aliaksandr Lukashenka has signed the law \u201cOn Drinking Water Supply and Wastewater Disposal,\u201d which regulates issues related to the intake, transportation, treatment and discharge of wastewater.
