After the emergency surgery my kidneys are not functioning. But I am holding on and not losing hope,\u201d<\/i> the writer\u2019s words were conveyed on Facebook.<\/p>\n<p>On social media, readers are wishing her a speedy recovery.<\/p>\n<p>Nadzieja Jasminska was born in Minsk in 1985. She writes for children in Belarusian and Russian.<\/p>\n<p>In 2006 she wrote her first fairy-tale play, \u201cOn One New Year\u2019s Night.\u201d The play became a laureate of the open national competition of dramatic works for children and teenagers \u201cThe Children\u2019s World Is So Rich\u201d (2006). Her first standalone book was the fantasy poetry collection \u201cGreen Songs of Ermintiia,\u201d published by the Belarusian publishing house Haliiafy in 2012.<\/p>\n<p>In 2015, the publishing house Haliiafy released the children\u2019s fairy-tale collection \u201cSeven Roses,\u201d the second book in the \u201cChronicles of the Dense Forest\u201d series.
