Prosecutors say the company purchased products from the state enterprise with deferred payment terms, resold them to third parties and did not fulfill its payment obligations.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cIn addition, there were cases in which the business entity failed to deliver goods to individuals and legal entities and appropriated funds received from them as advance payments,\u201d<\/i> the prosecutor\u2019s office said.<\/p>\n<p>A criminal case has been opened against the company\u2019s director on charges of large-scale fraud (Part 4 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code). The suspect has been detained.
