This is provided for by Transport Ministry <a href=\"https:\/\/pravo.by\/document\/?guid=12551&amp;p0=W22644654\">resolution<\/a> No. 7 of 20 February. The document was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal and applies to legal relations arising from 1 January.<\/p>\n<p>The resolution also approves a list of services for which part of the expenses will be reimbursed. It includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>airfield operations;<\/li>\n<li>provision of special vehicles and transport;<\/li>\n<li>ground handling of aircraft;<\/li>\n<li>radio-technical and lighting support;<\/li>\n<li>aviation security;<\/li>\n<li>emergency rescue and fire protection services;<\/li>\n<li>provision of fuel and lubricants;<\/li>\n<li>maintenance, technical servicing and current repairs of the terminal building, specialized buildings and structures, and transmission facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The amount of compensation is determined as the difference between the airports\u2019 actual expenses and the revenue received, including income from leasing property.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Local budgets will compensate the costs of maintaining airports in Brest, Vitsyebsk, Homyel, Hrodna and Mahilyow.
