The decision is linked to the withdrawal of slots and flight permits by the aviation authorities of Dubai.<\/p>\n<p>The airline says it is working to obtain new slots and permissions for flights.<\/p>\n<p>A repatriation flight from Dubai is currently on its way to Minsk.
