According to him, once democratic changes take place in Belarus, Belarusian authorities, institutions and local governments will be able to gain access to EU funding \u2014 amounting to hundreds of millions of euros.<\/p>\n<p>Tsikhanouskaya stressed that preparations for a \u201cpost-Lukashenka\u201d Belarus must begin now and proposed that the European Commission start working in advance on potential areas and projects of cooperation. She also recalled the comprehensive EU plan announced by European Commission President <b>Ursula von der Leyen<\/b>, which \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0443\u0441\u043c\u0430\u0442\u0440\u0438\u0432\u0430\u0435\u0442 up to three billion euros for economic reforms in Belarus after democratic changes, the Office of the Belarusian politician said.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cSviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, leader of the Belarusian democratic opposition in exile e Vladimir Bolea, Depury Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development of the Republic of Moldova.
