The previous time the dollar exchange rate exceeded 2.9 rubles was in the second decade of January.<\/p>\n<p>The euro increased by 1.13%, or 3.8 kopecks, to 3.3898 rubles.<\/p>\n<p>The Russian ruble fell by 0.25%, or 0.93 kopecks. One hundred Russian rubles were valued at 3.7365 Belarusian rubles.<\/p>\n<p>The yuan gained 0.94%, or 3.94 kopecks.
