He is accused of taking a bribe and abusing his official authority.<\/p>\n<p>According to investigators, in 2023 he concluded a number of supply contracts with a private company, which received an advance payment of 120,500 rubles. However, the company supplied goods worth only about 40,000 rubles. In addition, the supplies violated pricing rules: the wholesale markup reached 203 percent, while the permitted limit is 10 percent.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cAs a result, supplies worth more than 80,000 rubles remained unfulfilled. The total damage to the state enterprise exceeded 94,500 rubles, which qualifies as an especially large amount,\u201d<\/i> the statement said.<\/p>\n<p>A contract was also signed with the same company for routine repairs of a residential building on Maksim Gorky Street in Barysau.
