This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus, BelTA writes.<\/p>\n<p>The ministry said that officers often face aggression and direct threats while responding to reports of crimes, administrative offences and other incidents.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cLast year, nearly 300 people were convicted for violence or threats of violence against officers of internal affairs bodies, as well as for insulting and resisting them.
