After it became known that the Belarusian delegation led by Foreign Minister Maksim Ryzhankou<\/b> failed to obtain US visas to attend the inaugural meeting of the Peace Council on February 19, various explanations for the refusal emerged within the Belarusian expert community. Among them was the allegedly insufficient level of representation of the Minsk regime.<\/p>\n

It should be recalled that the initial invitation from Donald Trump<\/b> to visit Washington had been addressed personally to Aliaksandr Lukashenka<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Reform.news studied the group photograph of the summit participants and identified who exactly represented the participating countries. Not everyone in the photo was a head of state.<\/p>\n
