The information was reported by the \u201cPeople\u2019s Embassies of Belarus,\u201d citing the association \u201cTalaka \u2014 Syabry Belarusi u Danii.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have great news: after two years of persistent and intensive work, the first foreigner\u2019s passport has been issued in Denmark to a Belarusian citizen. This event marks an important milestone both for the Belarusian community in Denmark and for Belarusians who, for political reasons, cannot \u043e\u0431\u0440\u0430\u0449\u0430\u0442\u044c\u0441\u044f to the Belarusian authorities.<\/p>\n<p>The issuance of the document is the result of extensive joint work by a group of activists from Talaka. An important role was played by <b>Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya<\/b> and her office, as well as the attention of the Danish authorities and state institutions,\u201d the statement said.<\/p>\n<p>The association expressed gratitude to Denmark\u2019s foreign minister, the parliamentary ombudsman, representatives of political parties, the media and Danish experts.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor Belarusians in Denmark, this decision has not only practical but also symbolic significance. The foreigner\u2019s passport makes it possible to travel legally and handle everyday matters without the risk of contacting the Belarusian authorities.
