On February 16, Anatol Liabedzka<\/b>, advisor to Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya<\/b> on parliamentary cooperation, took part on behalf of the Office of Tsikhanouskaya in official events in Vilnius marking the Restoration of the Lithuanian State Day.<\/p>\n

The politician noted that for Belarusians it is important to stand alongside Lithuania on such symbolic dates and to share the values of freedom, statehood and a European future. Liabedzka expressed hope for a shared European future for Belarus and Lithuania.<\/p>\n

\u201cLithuania has demonstrated during this time what a country and a people who believe in themselves and strive for the future can achieve. I can only join the congratulations that were voiced by President Gitanas Naus\u0117da and the President of the European Parliament.<\/i><\/p>\n

I believe that we will have a shared European future. We will live side by side in the \u2018European quarter\u2019. Long live Belarus! Thank you, Lithuania!\u201d<\/i> Liabedzka said.<\/p>\n
