The minister <i>\u201cexpressed unwavering support for the brotherly Cuban people, reaffirming Minsk\u2019s position on the inadmissibility of the use of unilateral coercive measures\u201d<\/i>. He also stressed the need to resolve differences through peaceful dialogue and within the framework of international law.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, US President <b>Donald Trump<\/b> signed an executive order imposing tariffs on countries supplying Cuba with oil and petroleum products. This led to a de facto blockade of such supplies to the island, where an energy crisis erupted. Flights to Cuba were suspended due to the inability to refuel aircraft.
