Russia carried out a strike on a private house in Kramatorsk, Donetsk Region, killing three brothers. Their mother and grandmother were injured.<\/p>\n

According to the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor\u2019s Office, on 12 February 2026 at 21:15 Russian forces attacked Kramatorsk. A residential area was hit. As a result of a direct strike on a private house, two 19-year-old brothers and their eight-year-old brother were killed.<\/p>\n

In addition, the victims\u2019 43-year-old mother and 65-year-old grandmother sustained injuries. The women were diagnosed with blast and craniocerebral injuries with concussion, bruises to the chest, spine and arm, as well as contusion.<\/p>\n

The injured women received medical assistance. The type of weapon used is being established.<\/p>\n

Under the procedural supervision of the Kramatorsk District Prosecutor\u2019s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into a war crime under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

According to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, during the night of 13 February Russia attacked Ukraine with an Iskander-M ballistic missile and 154 strike drones. Air defence forces shot down or suppressed 111 targets, and impacts were recorded at 18 locations.<\/p>\n
