He is accused of receiving a large-scale bribe and abusing official authority (Part 2 of Article 430 and Part 2 of Article 424 of the Criminal Code).<\/p>\n<p>According to the prosecution, since late 2023 the deputy director established illegal cooperation with a representative of real estate agencies. He provided photographs of title documents for real estate properties. The agreed payment was $10 per document. The parties used various messaging applications for the purpose of concealment, and the money was transferred only after significant sums had accumulated.<\/p>\n<p>According to investigators, from December 2023 to April 2025 he transferred documents relating to at least 582 real estate properties.
