He was serving his sentence at Penal Colony No. 15 in Mahilyow.<\/p>\n<p>In 2025, a new criminal case was opened against Kuntsevich under an article on malicious disobedience to the prison administration. He received an additional eight months of imprisonment. Kuntsevich was transferred to Penal Colony No. 8 in Orsha.<\/p>\n<p>Kuntsevich is 39 years old. He lived in Minsk and studied psychology at the Sakharov Minsk State Environmental Institute. He previously ran a retail stall at the Chervensky Market, and prior to his detention earned a living manufacturing greenhouses.
