This was stated by Poland\u2019s Minister of the Interior and Administration <b>Marcin Kierwi\u0144ski<\/b>. He was asked whether it was possible to open freight traffic through the Ku\u017anica\u2013Bruzgi crossing.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cAs for the issue of border crossings and freight traffic, we are constantly monitoring our border traffic with Belarus. You know very well that we also made decisions to close these border checkpoints for security reasons.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><em>We have opened new border crossings in the Podlasie region, and if all security issues, including those related to the Ministry of Infrastructure, allow for expanding functionality \u2014 forgive the expression \u2014 then we will consider it, but for now this is not on the agenda,\u201d<\/em> he said.<\/p>\n<p>It should be recalled that in November Poland opened two border crossings with Belarus.
