He expressed dissatisfaction that street lighting is switched on and operates at times when it is already sufficiently light outside.<\/p>\n<p>The Energy Ministry said that, together with local authorities, it has been instructed to develop a unified approach to street lighting schedules. This approach \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0443\u0441\u043c\u0430\u0442\u0440\u0438\u0432\u0430\u0435\u0442 taking into account sunrise and sunset times, as well as specific conditions in populated areas, including rural localities.
