The document had previously been approved by the State Duma and the Federation Council of Russia.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement was signed in June last year and concerns the deferral of payments on state loans.<\/p>\n<p>As Russian Deputy Finance Minister <b>Vladimir Kolychev<\/b> said when presenting the ratification bill to the Russian parliament, the volume of deferred payments amounts to about $250 million.
