The man had previously been convicted of hooliganism and theft.<\/p>\n<p>Police seized three pistols of unidentified models, a Soviet-era RGD-5 grenade, three smoke grenades, a jar of gunpowder, a single-barrel shotgun and a sawed-off double-barrel shotgun, more than 400 rounds of ammunition, over 20 detonator caps, as well as component parts for various weapons.<\/p>\n<p>The man has been detained. His actions will be given a legal assessment.
