The circumstances of the detention and the man\u2019s further fate have not been disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>The center emphasized that phone checks, interrogations, and detentions continue at Belarusian border crossing points. All detainees are placed in temporary detention facilities in the nearest city until trial, after which they are either fined and released or subjected to administrative arrest.
