The document was signed during a working visit to Chad by <b>Dzmitry Pantus<\/b>, chairman of the State Authority for Military Industry.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cThe visit and the signed document demonstrate a transition from episodic contacts to systematic, predictable, and long-term strategic partnership,\u201d<\/i> the State Authority for Military Industry\u2019s press service said.<\/p>\n<p>The Belarusian delegation held talks with Chad\u2019s Minister for National Defense, Veterans and War Victims, General <b>Issaka Malloua Djamouss<\/b>, commanders of branches and commands of the armed forces, senior officials of the security bloc, as well as representatives of structural units of the defense ministry. The sides discussed Chad\u2019s current needs as well as modern challenges and threats in the region.
