Smugglers attempted to transport 2,800 packs of cigarettes worth 14,500 euros across the border.<\/p>\n<p>The rafts were disguised as ice floes. They were spotted through video surveillance systems. The objects appeared suspicious to the border guards because of their unusually regular shape. Using a patrol boat, officers intercepted both rafts.
