A demonstration hearing was held on the university\u2019s premises.<\/p>\n<p>In November 2025, the student consumed alcohol and decided to drive to buy more using a car-sharing vehicle. He was stopped on the way by traffic police officers. A breathalyzer test showed a blood alcohol level of 1.86 per mille, the Viciebsk Regional Police Department said.<\/p>\n<p>The Azerbaijani citizen was stripped of his driving license and fined 8,400 rubles.
