The Interior Ministry list states that she \u201cis serving her sentence\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Maria Batalionok was taken into custody in a criminal case under Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code (\u201cCreation of an extremist formation or participation in it\u201d). The KGB considered Maria involved in the project \u201cGorodskoi Ogorod Maris Mar\u201d, which was designated an \u201cextremist formation\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Maria has a small child who is breastfed.
