The winner is <b>Vasily Shchebetun<\/b>, who will receive a prize of 3,000 roubles.<\/p>\n<p>The final version of the rouble\u2019s graphic symbol will be approved on the basis of the winning entry.<\/p>\n<p>The National Bank announced the contest in September this year. Nearly 2,700 entries were submitted.
