The SBU documented how the detainee conducted surveillance from the window of his own apartment, monitoring the perimeter of one of Kyiv\u2019s thermal power plants. He then transmitted the collected information to his Russian handlers.<\/p>\n<p>The detainee is a manual laborer. He was recruited via Telegram, where he posted pro-Russian comments. The man was counting on a subsequent \u201cevacuation\u201d outside Ukraine.
