They are bypassing them, by the way, thanks to Belarus as well \u2014 Belarusian territory. And technically \u2014 also thanks to Belarus,\u201d<\/i> Zelenskyy told journalists.<\/p>\n<p>The Ukrainian president said he had instructed the military to address the issue.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cThis is a serious matter.
