The document was officially published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.<\/p>\n<p>Compared with 2025, the quota for vodka production has been increased, quotas for fruit and berry wines have been reduced, and new categories of beverages have been added to the document.<\/p>\n<p>In 2026, production is planned at the following levels:<br \/>\nraw spirit from food raw materials \u2014 1.1 million decalitres (the same as initially set for 2025),<br \/>\nrectified spirit from food raw materials \u2014 8.445 million decalitres (unchanged),<br \/>\nvodka and vodka-based products \u2014 10.354 million decalitres (+69,000 decalitres),<br \/>\nfruit vodka \u2014 10,500 decalitres (+3,000 decalitres),<br \/>\nhoney vodka \u2014 3,000 decalitres (no quota previously),<br \/>\ngrape vodka \u2014 2,500 decalitres (-3,000 decalitres),<br \/>\nnatural fruit and berry wines \u2014 4.252 million decalitres (-465,300 decalitres),<br \/>\nfortified fruit wines \u2014 1.696 million decalitres (-517,700 decalitres),<br \/>\nSoviet champagne and other sparkling wines \u2014 2.256 million decalitres (+148,000 decalitres),<br \/>\ngrape wines \u2014 3.788 million decalitres (-118,000 decalitres),<br \/>\ncognac \u2014 1.152 million decalitres (+210,000 decalitres),<br \/>\nbrandy \u2014 245,000 decalitres (+32,000 decalitres),<br \/>\nwhisky \u2014 490,000 decalitres (+80,500 decalitres),<br \/>\nrum \u2014 44,500 decalitres (-1,000 decalitres),<br \/>\ntequila \u2014 21,000 decalitres (+2,500 decalitres),<br \/>\ncalvados \u2014 12,000 decalitres (-1,000 decalitres),<br \/>\nnon-food alcohol \u2014 1 million decalitres (unchanged),<br \/>\ngrape wine coolers \u2014 100,000 decalitres (-100,000 decalitres),<br \/>\nstrong spirits \u2014 1.366 million decalitres (-181,000 decalitres),<br \/>\ngrain-based spirits \u2014 255,000 decalitres (+12,000 decalitres),<br \/>\nstrong fruit-based drinks \u2014 8,000 decalitres (+4,000 decalitres),<br \/>\nhoney-based drinks \u2014 2,000 decalitres (no quota previously),<br \/>\nstrong honey-based drinks \u2014 5,000 decalitres (no quota previously),<br \/>\ncocktail drinks \u2014 15,000 decalitres (+13,000 decalitres),<br \/>\ncognac-based drinks \u2014 5,000 decalitres (+1,000 decalitres),<br \/>\nwine-based drinks \u2014 85,000 decalitres (+33,000 decalitres),<br \/>\nliqueur drinks \u2014 214,000 decalitres (no quota previously),<br \/>\nwhisky-based drinks \u2014 40,000 decalitres (no quota previously),<br \/>\nfruit content in fruit wine \u2014 2,000 decalitres (unchanged),<br \/>\nmedicinal antiseptics \u2014 243,000 decalitres (+1,000 decalitres),<br \/>\nveterinary antiseptics \u2014 5,000 decalitres (unchanged),<br \/>\ndisinfectants \u2014 137,000 decalitres (-50,000 decalitres).<\/p>\n<p>The quotas have been distributed among the regions, Minsk, the Belhospishcheprom concern, Belkoopsoyuz, and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
