The talking points were written in giant letters for the visually impaired.<\/p>\n<p>After Lukashenka\u2019s main address, Assembly delegate and propagandist <b>Vadzim Hihin<\/b> was the first to ask him a question about Belarusian-American talks. It was meant to look like a spontaneous answer to an unexpected question. As a result, Lukashenka allegedly launched into an attack on Belarus\u2019s democratic movement and its leaders.<\/p>\n<p>As he became increasingly animated, he started waving one of the sheets with talking points, and the text of the cheat sheet appeared in the frame. It mentioned \u201cmoney\u201d and \u201cmoney-2.\u201d Notably, in the talking point labeled \u201cmoney-2,\u201d speechwriters suggested that he reflect on the funds that Belarusians raised within a few hours for political prisoners on the BYSOL platform.
