Shynvize became known for his brutal treatment of prisoners, including political detainees. It later emerged that he had left his service and emigrated to Germany.<\/p>\n<p><i>&#8220;In its letter, the German Federal Ministry of Justice stated that the materials from the appeal had been forwarded to the Federal Criminal Police Office. The agency is currently conducting a review and investigating Shynvize\u2019s possible involvement in crimes against humanity.
