He also kept shipping products even as outstanding debts accumulated.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cThrough these unlawful actions, the organisation sustained damage in the form of overdue external accounts receivable totalling more than 1.5 million roubles, which constitutes an especially large amount,\u201d<\/i> the Prosecutor\u2019s Office said.<\/p>\n<p>His actions have been classified under Part 3 of Article 424 of the Criminal Code (abuse of power or official authority).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A former director of a company in the Pinsk district has become the subject of a criminal case.
