The volumes of the Minsk-based manufacturer are falling against the backdrop of an overall contraction of the Russian truck market.<\/p>\n<p>In November, 264 trucks of the Belarusian brand were sold in Russia \u2014 43% fewer than in the same month last year. Over January\u2013November, MAZ sales dropped by 44% to 2,859 units.<\/p>\n<p>The Russian market as a whole fell by 46% in November to 5,071 units, while sales over 11 months decreased by 53% to 117,480 vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>Market leader KamAZ posted a smaller decline \u2014 24% to 15,900 units.
