According to spokesperson <b> Przemys\u0142aw Nowak<\/b>, a motion has been submitted to the Warsaw District Court requesting a European Arrest Warrant for Ukrainian nationals <b>Yevhenii Ivanov<\/b> and <b>Oleksandr Kononov<\/b>. If issued, the warrant will be valid across the European Union.<\/p>\n<p>A Polish court had earlier ordered pre-trial detention for the suspects, who were subsequently placed on the national wanted list.<\/p>\n<p>The two men are suspected of carrying out acts of sabotage on Poland\u2019s railway network in mid-November. They managed to leave the country for Belarus immediately after the incidents, before their identities had been established. Polish law-enforcement agencies also detained several individuals who had been in contact with them, but charges related directly to the sabotage were brought against only one detainee.
