According to the Interior Ministry, this concerns offences related to driving through a red light and failing to follow designated lane directions.<\/p>\n<p>The system uses the National Public Security Monitoring System for enforcement.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe number of locations monitoring red-light violations will gradually increase,\u201d<\/em> the ministry said.<\/p>\n<p>After a violation is detected, a notice of administrative liability is sent to the vehicle owner.
