Afterwards, <em>\u201cthe possibility of transferring them to the Polish side will be considered, taking into account all circumstances of the case.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>According to the ministry, the cooperation is being carried out<em> \u201cin a spirit of partnership and good neighbourliness,\u201d<\/em> despite Poland not having yet submitted a formal request for legal assistance.<\/p>\n<p>The case concerns recent acts of sabotage on railway infrastructure in Poland. The suspected perpetrators \u2014 two Ukrainian citizens \u2014 left the country for Belarus before their identities were established.
