It is increasing by 3 rubles compared with the rate in effect this year. The corresponding resolution was adopted by the Council of Ministers.<\/p>\n<p>A number of benefits, scholarships, taxes and fees, fines, and other payments are tied to the base value. It is also used to determine the scale of damage in criminal law.<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, the base value was raised by 2 rubles on 1 January 2025.
