They determined that the document belonged to another person.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Burundi national, who studies at a Belarusian university, she could not enter the European Union due to a lack of a visa, so she borrowed her sister\u2019s passport in an attempt to enter Poland and continue on to Belgium.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cThe foreign national has been detained. Administrative proceedings have been initiated for attempting to illegally cross the border.
