They were being transported in trucks, in a coal wagon and in a container from China.<\/p>\n<p>The largest shipment \u2014 24,000 packs of cigarettes \u2014 was discovered on a freight train during an inspection at the terminal in Ma\u0142aszewicze. Inside a container carrying goods from China were several dozen boxes of Belarusian cigarettes. Their value is estimated at more than 420,000 zloty (115,500 dollars).<\/p>\n<p>In Koroszczyn, cigarettes were found in three trucks. They had been hidden in the cabins and in refrigeration units. A total of more than 1,900 packs were seized, with a total value of more than 33,500 zloty (9,200 dollars). The drivers were fined a total of 46,500 zloty (12,800 dollars).<\/p>\n<p>Another roughly 5,000 packs of cigarettes were found in a coal wagon in Ku\u017anica.
