She recalled the fifth anniversary of <b>Raman Bandarenka<\/b>\u2019s death and noted that those responsible for his killing have still not been punished. Tsikhanouskaya urged the international community to increase pressure on the regime and support Lithuania\u2019s initiatives at the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice.<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cThe mentality and hearts of Belarusians have not changed. They do not want to be part of Russia\u2019s wars or imperial plans. In 2020, we won the elections \u2014 and in real elections, not staged ones, we will win again. Belarus is not Russia. It belongs to European civilization. The eastern border of Belarus is the border of Europe. Only with a democratic Belarus can Europe and democracy be safe. Only with change in Belarus can change happen in Russia,\u201d<\/i> she said.<\/p>\n<p>Among the participants were former Lithuanian Foreign Minister <b>Gabrielius Landsbergis<\/b>, Hermitage Capital founder and Magnitsky Act initiator <b>Sir William Browder<\/b>, and Shadow Foreign Secretary <b>Priti Patel<\/b>.
