It has already been contained.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEmergency Ministry units are responding to a report of a diesel fuel ignition at a technological installation at the 20-meter mark on the premises of OAO Naftan in Novopolatsk,\u201d<\/em> the Ministry of Emergency Situations said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>According to preliminary information, there are no casualties.
