The verdict has entered into force, TVN24 reported.<\/p>\n<p>The appellate court concluded that the trial court had handled the case properly. The defense of Dorian S. argued that the trial proceedings had been too swift and insisted that the psychiatric evaluation had not sufficiently assessed the man\u2019s sanity at the time of the crime.<\/p>\n<p>Liza was found unconscious in central Warsaw on February 25, 2024. She died in intensive care several days later. The trial began on December 4 of the same year. The 23-year-old Dorian was charged with murder motivated by sexual assault.
