By targeting the oil supply chain, New Zealand is acting decisively in support of international efforts to bring Russia to the negotiating table,&#8221;<\/i> Peters explained.<\/p>\n<p>Belarusian companies Naftan and Belneftekhim have been added to New Zealand\u2019s sanctions list.
