It rose by 1.3%, or 27 rubles, compared with August.<\/p>\n<p>In real terms, the average salary in the public sector grew by 11.4% year-on-year for the period from January to September 2025, according to data published by Belstat.<\/p>\n<p>In September, the ratio of salaries in public institutions to the national average was 77.9%.<\/p>\n<p>The average September salaries in the public sector were as follows:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Public administration \u2013 3,220.7 rubles (down 65.4 rubles from the previous month);<br \/>\n\u2022 Teachers \u2013 2,242 rubles (up 155.8 rubles);<br \/>\n\u2022 Preschool educators \u2013 1,732 rubles (down 9.6 rubles);<br \/>\n\u2022 University faculty \u2013 2,879.1 rubles (up 244.2 rubles);<br \/>\n\u2022 Doctors \u2013 3,932.7 rubles (down 29.1 rubles);<br \/>\n\u2022 Nursing and mid-level medical staff \u2013 2,052.4 rubles (down 5.1 rubles).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The average nominal gross salary of public sector employees in September amounted to 2,053.7 rubles before taxes.
