Five years ago, seven integrated structures were established in the region to boost production and fully utilize capacities. However, contrary to expectations, agricultural output has declined. Of the seven structures, only six remain operational, and the region has accumulated 1.6 billion rubles in debt. The new proposal calls for creating two large holdings \u2014 one for meat production and one for dairy.<\/p>\n<p><i>&#8220;Now you come again and ask to extend payments until 2045. Meaning \u2014 never? Where are the results?&#8221;<\/i> he asked.<\/p>\n<p>Lukashenko then pointed to <i>&#8220;blatant mismanagement and negligence.&#8221;<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>&#8220;I\u2019m beginning to suspect outright sabotage. Perhaps the regional executive committee leadership has lost control over the region?
